HONEY WHEAT ALE, ABV 5.5%

Fermented with orange blossom honey for incredible aroma, this refreshing beer is not as sweet as the name may suggest.

 

– FIRST CRUSH –

RASPBERRY WHEAT ALE, ABV 5.0%

The addition of raspberries during fermentation gives this beer an assertive fresh fruit aroma and taste.

 

– BRAMBLE –

BLACKBERRY WHEAT ALE, ABV 5.0%

Blackberries in the fermentation create an incredibly fresh fruit flavor with pleasant tartness and a subtle wheat finish.

 

– GRAZER –

SESSION IPA, ABV 4.9%

Dry hopping with Galaxy and Mosaic creates a very drinkable lower ABV IPA that doesn’t sacrifice hop appeal.

 

– TANGERINE GRAZER –

INFUSED SESSION IPA, ABV 4.9%

A subtle tangerine infusion gives our session a hint of citrus sweetness without overpowering the hops.

 

– NITRO CHERRY BOMB –

NITRO CHERRY VANILLA STOUT, ABV 6.0%

A nice little hit of cherry tartness and vanilla aroma compliment the dark  roasted malt in this stout. Nitrogen makes it smooth and creamy.

 

– SILVER LINING –

VANILLA BEAN STOUT, ABV 6.0%

The use of real Madagascar vanilla beans impart a subtle flavor and aroma that round out this stout.

 

– SUNDOWN –

CHOCOLATE STOUT, ABV 6.0%

Brewed with TCHO artisan cocoa nibs, this beer is black as night and rich with malt, coffee and bitter chocolate flavors.

 

– HOP FOG –

JUICY IPA, ABV 7.0%

Our take on the New England Juicy IPA. This beer is cloudy, smooth and hop-forward without being overly bitter.

 

– MANDARIN HOP FOG –

INFUSED JUICY IPA, ABV 7.0%

The addition of mandarin adds subtle sweetness and citrus notes that compliment the hazy hoppiness of this Juicy IPA.

 

– MOUNTAIN GOAT –

IPA, ABV 7.2%

Mosaic and Citra give this IPA complex citrus, floral and fruit notes with a hint of pine, while Galaxy provides pleasant earthiness.

 

– PINEAPPLE MOUNTAIN GOAT –

INFUSED IPA, ABV 7.2%

A hint of pineapple adds subtle tropical sweetness that compliments the complex hop profile in this IPA.

 

– NITRO PINEAPPLE MOUNTAIN GOAT –

NITRO INFUSED IPA, ABV 7.2%

A hint of pineapple adds tropical sweetness that compliments this IPA’s complex hop profile, nitrogen makes it smooth and creamy.

 

– NEBULA –

ZERO IBU IMPERIAL JUICY IPA, ABV 8.5%

Super smooth, hazy and citrusy, this beer is brewed with no kettle hops, California yeast and local Seville orange zest. Massive dry hopping with Azacca and Vic Secret adds hop complexity but very little bitterness.

 

– HAZED & CONFUSED –

JUICY DOUBLE IPA, ABV 9.7%

Dry Hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Azaka, this is a remarkably smooth IPA with a cloudy body and balanced hoppiness.

 

– MANDARIN HAZED & CONFUSED –

INFUSED JUICY DOUBLE IPA, ABV 9.7%

Mandarin adds citrus sweetness that accentuates the smooth hoppiness of this beer.
